HID seeks a senior leader to own the development and execution of an integrated, company‑wide strategy across businesses, product portfolios, platforms, channels, and services. The Senior Director, Enterprise Strategy & Execution is an individual‑contributor leader who drives outcomes through influence – aligning roadmaps, commercial models, data standards, and portfolio bets to deliver measurable growth and customer impact for the HID mobile portfolio.

This role partners tightly with business unit leaders, Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Legal, Analytics/IT, and Mar Com to turn strategy into results. A core mandate is to use data – current and future – to guide decisions, shape what data HID collects, and present clear insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

• Develop and execute a multi‑year enterprise strategy that integrates markets, products, platforms, channels, and services; translate corporate objectives into portfolio priorities and investment decisions; and lead scenario planning around regulatory, technological, and competitive shifts to inform roadmap sequencing.
• Translate strategy into actionable execution plans with clear ownership, timelines, and milestones; establish and drive the enterprise operating rhythm (OKRs, QBRs, portfolio reviews); coordinate across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams to resolve dependencies; and maintain dashboards tracking initiatives from intent through launch, adoption, revenue, and retention.
• Define enterprise data standards and dashboards with Analytics/IT; drive instrumentation for advanced signals; build forecasting models to guide investments; and distill complex data into executive‑ready insights with clear recommendations.
• Drive partner ecosystem strategies (alliances, OEM/ISV/SI, channels) to maximize joint value and align enablement, certification, and launch plans for a unified "One HID" customer experience.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, championing a data‑driven culture and leveraging strong communication to drive alignment and organizational decision‑making.
• Maintain and update multi‑year strategy documentation; prepare executive presentations, scenario plans, and strategy reviews.
• Facilitate operating rhythms (stand‑ups, reviews, cross‑functional check‑ins) and track initiatives against OKRs and milestones.
• Ensure data quality and dashboard accuracy; analyze datasets to inform roadmap, pricing, packaging, and commercial models.
• Coordinate communications, partner programs, and enablement materials while continuously refining enterprise processes and standards.

• BA/BS required (Business, Engineering, or related).
• MBA degree preferred.
• 10+ years in enterprise strategy/operations, product strategy, business transformation, or similar leadership roles within technology (software/SaaS, hardware, cloud, or platform services).
• Demonstrated track record executing cross‑functional initiatives end‑to‑end (from thesis to measurable outcomes) across multiple product lines/business units.
• Strong analytical toolkit: market/competitive analysis, financial modeling, scenario planning; fluency with BI/reporting tools and advanced Excel/Sheets (SQL familiarity a plus).
