The ITAM Consultant will act as a knowledgeable resource on various technology products and solutions, promoting adoption through webinars, blogs, events, and direct client interactions. This role involves collaborating with sales teams to align solutions with customer needs, advocating for technology solutions, engaging with clients to recommend appropriate technologies, and conducting presentations and demonstrations. The consultant will provide ongoing support, stay updated on technology trends, offer training to the team, and assist in acquiring and retaining clients through strong relationship-building.
Role Description- Act as a knowledgeable resource on a variety of technology products and solutions.
- Promote technology adoption through webinars, blogs, events, and direct client interactions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align technology solutions with customer needs.
- Advocate for technology solutions to internal teams and clients.
- Engage with clients to understand their objectives and recommend appropriate technologies.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations for diverse audiences.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful technology implementation.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends to offer informed advice.
- Offer training to support the team's understanding of technology solutions.
- Assist in acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships for better retention.

- Demonstrated deep technical knowledge in multiple technology areas to provide expert guidance – Intermediate
- Knowledge in managing and optimizing Microsoft licensing agreements and operations to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness – Intermediate
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field, or relevant work experience
- 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft products (e.g., Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365)
- Advanced certifications required:
Microsoft Certified:
Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900);
Microsoft 365 Certified:
Fundamentals (MS-900) - Advanced certifications preferred:
Microsoft Certified:
Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900);
Microsoft Certified:
Azure Data Fundamentals (DP-900)
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $70,000 - $120,000, which includes a base salary. Compensation depends on knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Benefits may include medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
