• Progressive experience in a Business Architect role or similar strategic capacity, with a strong emphasis on enterprise-level initiatives
• Proven track record of successfully leading or significantly contributing to multiple large-scale digital transformation and business process reengineering projects. Demonstrated ability to drive measurable improvements in operational efficiency and service levels
• Demonstrable expertise with MITA (Medicaid Information Technology Architecture), including practical application in complex system environments. Experience with MITA State Self-Assessments (SS-A) is highly desirable
• Strong preference for direct, hands-on experience with Health and Human Services (HHS) integrated eligibility systems (e.g., Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, CHIP). This includes a deep understanding of federal regulations, state-specific policy nuances
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), TOGAF, BPMN, Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
• Familiarity with Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
