This isn’t a “follow-the-playbook” sales role. We’re working with a fast-growing, venture-backed company building a next-gen AI-native database for modern, distributed apps. As enterprises move AI from experiments to production, legacy data stacks are falling short — and this platform is built for what’s next.
What you’ll do- Own full-cycle mid-market & enterprise deals
- Sell to technical buyers: engineers, architects, platform teams
- Partner with Solutions Engineering on POCs and evaluations
- Help shape go-to-market strategy as the company scales
- Experience closing complex U.S. software deals
- Background in dev tools, databases, cloud, or infrastructure software
- Comfortable with technical, security, and procurement stakeholders
- Organized, adaptable, and ready to build, not just execute
- Equity upside at a key growth stage
- Strong inbound and PLG momentum
- Product engineers love to use
- Help define a new category
