Senior Manager, Sales Development

Apply advanced Excel and Tableau skills to create automated dashboards, visualizations, and actionable performance insights.  Collaborate with IT to optimize system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and support evolving user requirements. Other duties as assigned

* Education:

*** High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

5+ Years of experience in sales development, sales operations or sales enablement
10+ years of Telecom experience in retail operations and event management preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Advanced proficiency in Excel (including complex formulas, pivot tables, automation, and modeling) and Tableau (dashboard development, data visualization, and analytics). Strong analytical capabilities with experience creating dashboards, reports, and actionable performance insights.  Proficiency with Salesforce and related sales analytics tools. Proven ability to facilitate and deliver effective training programs. Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to travel across the region as required.
