Neos is seeking an Microsoft CoPilot Engineer for a long-term contract with our client in Austin, TX.

Key Responsibilities

Copilot Engineering & AI Integration

• Configure, customize, and deploy Microsoft Copilot across M365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) and Power Platform.
• Develop and implement Agentic AI workflows capable of reasoning, planning, and executing multi-step tasks autonomously with human oversight.
• Integrate Copilot solutions with AWS services (S3, Lambda, API Gateway, Dynamo
  
  DB) for enhanced data processing and application interoperability.
• Create custom Copilot plugins, connectors, and APIs to extend capabilities and integrate with enterprise applications.
• Identify and evaluate AI use cases that leverage both Microsoft Copilot and AWS AI/ML services (e.g., Amazon Bedrock, Sage Maker).
• Implement data governance, compliance, and security best practices across AI workflows and cloud integrations.
• Monitor and evaluate AI agent performance, accuracy, and business impact through continuous feedback loops.

Training & Adoption

• Provide technical enablement and training for business and development teams on AI workflows and Copilot usage.
• Document solution designs, workflows, and technical specifications for knowledge sharing.
• Advocate for responsible AI practices and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory guidelines.
