We're hiring: AI Growth Marketing Lead Bio Compute.ai / iTmethods Fortress Family

Location: Remote-first. We have hubs in Toronto and Austin, and prioritize candidates in these regions for team syncs.

Reports to: CEO or CBO

This role is for a rising AI-native marketer ready for their breakout moment. You're early in your career but already outperforming peers because you've figured out what most haven't: AI agents are a multiplier, not a shortcut. You use Claude daily. You ve built Clay workflows. You think in systems, not tasks. We want to catch you at your next inflection point — and give you the runway to shine.

Lead marketing at Bio Compute, our life sciences sovereign AI platform, then scale learnings across the Fortress Family (Forge, Reign, Bio Compute). You ll work directly with the CEO or CBO. No layers. No bureaucracy. Real ownership from day one.

• First 30 days:
  Deploy AI-powered outbound, build automated workflows, book meetings
• First 90 days:
  Generate 50+ qualified opportunities, create repeatable systems
• First year:
  Own Bio Compute marketing, build playbooks that scale across products

• AI-Native — Claude/ChatGPT daily, built Clay or similar workflows
• 2-5 years in B2B marketing — enough reps to know what works
• Builder mentality — idea to live campaign in hours, not weeks
• Data-driven — you measure everything and trust nothing without proof
• Hungry — you want ownership, not hand-holding

• Life sciences, healthcare, or regulated industry exposure
• Content you ve created that generated real results
• Experience at a startup where you wore multiple hats

• You need someone to tell you what to do
• You're uncomfortable with AI tools
• You want a big team before you can execute
• You think "strategy" means months of planning before action

• $120-150K base + bonus + equity
