Infosys is seekinga MFT Consultant
. As a MFT Consultant, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 4years of Relevant Information Technology experience

  This position may require travel and/or relocation

• Co-ordinate with customer network and platform teams on Global Scape server patching activities (on a weekly and monthly basis)
• Perform pre & post patching activities and validation
• Daylight savings activities
• Administer Electronic File Transfer Program using Global Scape EFT, DMZ gateway and Business Activity Monitoring and Web Portal tools.
• Runtime Troubleshooting and Performance Tuning
• Certificate Management
• Ensure the security of file transfers utilizing protocols such as HTTPS, FTPS, SFTP, AS
• Flexibility to work on Weekend to remediate P1/Critical IN
• Create Power Shell Scripts for file transfers and utilities
• Able to do perform performance tuning
• Resolve technical problems effectively and efficiently within defined SLA working with internal functional and software development teams, and external vendors to identify root causes and solutions
• Log service requests with vendors and coordinate diagnostics, requested actions and testing with functional teams
• Identify and implement system process improvements leveraging the software, best practices, automation, innovation and technology upgrades

The job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face
