Position OverviewOur client is seeking a proactive and analytically curious Junior Data Analyst (1+ year of experience) to help transform membership data into actionable insights. This role will focus on analyzing membership data, building dashboards, identifying engagement trends, and supporting leadership with data-backed recommendations.

Key Responsibilities- Analyze membership data to identify trends in engagement, renewals, attendance, and revenue contribution
- Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for leadership
- Segment membership data to support targeted marketing and community outreach
- Identify opportunities to improve retention and drive membership growth
- Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline reporting, enhance insights, and improve analytical efficiency
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and proper documentation across systems
- Translate complex data into clear, concise summaries for non-technical stakeholders
- Partner cross-functionally with events, marketing, and operations teams to support strategic initiatives
- 1+ year of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar preferred)
- Basic working knowledge of SQL preferred
- Familiarity with AI-powered analytics and data assistant tools (e.g., ChatGPT/GPT-4, Copilot, Thought Spot, Power BI AI, Tableau Ask Data) to expedite analysis, automate reporting, and generate insights
- Understanding of how AI can support segmentation, trend identification, and predictive insights
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to leadership
