Spy Cloud is on a mission to make the internet a safer place by disrupting the criminal underground. Spy Cloud’s solutions thwart cyberattacks and protect more than 4 billion accounts worldwide. Cybersecurity is an exciting, evolving space, and being at the forefront of the fight to disrupt cybercrime makes Spy Cloud a special place to work. If you’re driven to align your career with a fantastic mission, look no further!

Spy Cloud is seeking a high performing individual for the company’s new Director of Product Analytics to lead the evolution of the enrichment, correlation, and identity analysis systems that transform dark web, malware, and identity data into actionable intelligence. This role sits at the center of Spy Cloud’s data lifecycle—shaping how new data sources and identity signals are assimilated, enriched, and correlated to reveal compromised data, exposed employees, and emerging risks across the digital identity landscape.

The role will lead a growing team of product and analytics professionals responsible for developing and executing a forward‑looking analytics strategy designed to meet the ever‑evolving needs of Spy Cloud’s customers with next‑generation insights through traditional Data Science and advanced AI analysis techniques.

This role will partner closely with Security Research, Data Science, and Data Engineering to improve the fidelity, scalability, and identity context of Spy Cloud’s intelligence signals and will work to build a centralized analytics platform used by all of Spy Cloud’s products and exposed to partners and customers via API/MCP for automation and integration purposes.

This is a highly cross‑functional leadership role requiring both technical fluency and strategic vision. You’ll balance investments between scalability, intelligence depth, identity insight quality, and cost efficiency, while collaborating with downstream product teams to turn signals into high‑impact detections, dashboards, and identity risk alerts.

As part of a company pushing the boundaries of applied dark‑web threat and identity intelligence, this role play a pivotal part in translating Spy Cloud’s unmatched data collection and research capabilities into differentiated customer value. A successful candidate thrives in fast‑moving environments, can distill complexity into clarity, and leverage AI‑assisted tools to accelerate discovery, prioritization, and decision‑making across teams.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and manage a growing team of analytics professionals.
  • Lead prioritization of enrichment, correlation, and identity analytics capabilities that improve risk contexts and threat fidelity.
  • Partner with Security Research, Data Science, and Data Engineering to assimilate new sources and insights.
  • Embed AI/ML‑driven enrichment and detection methods into Spy Cloud’s pipeline, driving automation and scalability.
  • Balance roadmap investments between scalability, intelligence depth, identity signals, and cost efficiency.
  • Work with downstream product teams to turn signals into high‑impact detections, alerts, and identity risk scoring / identity insights.
  • Define APIs, schemas, and service‑level expectations for internal and external consumers of Spy Cloud data.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Customer Success to translate intelligence value into product narratives and use cases that resonate with SOC, fraud, and IR teams.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, identity analytics or identity protection.
  • 1‑2 years of managerial experience including recruiting and developing talent and team management.
  • Demonstrated success owning data‑driven or analytics‑centric products that power multiple downstream applications.
  • Technical familiarity with streaming data systems, ML pipelines, data modeling, identity feature engineering, and API design.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical mindset; experienced in defining and tracking KPIs that measure quality, timeliness, and user impact.
  • Proven cross‑functional leadership across Engineering, Research, and Go‑To‑Market teams.
