Responsibilities
- Candidate should have good knowledge in providing the End-User Support for PHP based Applications, secondary skills could be Symfony, Laravel, Java, Angular, MySQL.
- Monitoring, first pass of Ticket Triage (analyze, diagnose and resolve) & Generation through SPOC.
- Analyze incident and provide details and feedback to L2.
- Proactive analysis of all issues & requests, identification method to prevent in future.
- Ensure SLA Compliance for Incidence Response & Resolution.
- Analyze logs, configs. & data to troubleshoot the incident and identify the cause.
- Coordinate crisis call, engage experts, manage Incident to resolution (Issue ownership, triage & resolution) and focus on Recovery.
- Deployment Support.
- Provide Full Support to the Level 3 team for all hands-on-deck production issues.
