How You’ll Make an Impact- Maintain the operational health, availability, and performance of our cloud infrastructure and customer-facing deployments.
- Monitor production systems, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure timely resolution of platform issues.
- Collaborate closely with Software Engineering and Platform Dev Ops teams to diagnose root causes and implement long-term fixes.
- Support deployment processes, environment configurations, and release activities across multiple cloud environments.
- Improve observability through better monitoring, alerting, and logging practices.
- Assist in documenting operational procedures and enhancing system reliability through continuous improvements.
- Provide responsive technical support to internal teams and key customers when escalations occur.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2–4 years of experience in support engineering, cloud operations, or site reliability.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), including common operational services.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
- Proficiency with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK).
- Experience troubleshooting Linux-based systems, containers (Docker), and basic networking issues.
- Strong understanding of production readiness, SLAs, and incident management workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering and Dev Ops teams.
- Bonus: Experience with Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
- Bonus: Exposure to customer-facing support or onboarding activities.
- Bonus: Scripting knowledge (Bash, Python, or similar) for automation of operational tasks.
- Work in a highly collaborative environment bridging software engineering and Dev Ops.
