Network Engineer

This person will ideally be located in/around the Austin/San Antonio area with ability to travel State wide.

We’re a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) looking for a Network-Focused Pre-Sales Engineer to help us design, articulate, and deliver best-in‑class network and infrastructure solutions for our customers.

• Act as the technical lead in pre-sales engagements
  , with a strong focus on networking solutions
• Work closely with sales to understand customer requirements
  , challenges, and business goals
• Design and present network architectures (LAN, WAN, WLAN, security, cloud connectivity)
• Lead technical discovery sessions, workshops, and solution presentations
• Create high‑level designs, proposals, and scopes of work
• Support RFPs, tenders, and customer demos
• Stay up to date with vendor technologies, best practices, and industry trends

• Strong experience in network engineering (enterprise or MSP environment)
• Proven pre‑sales, solutions engineering, or technical consultancy experience
• Deep knowledge of technologies such as:
• Routing & Switching
• Firewalls & Network Security
• SD‑WAN
• Wireless networking
• Experience with vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Meraki, Aruba, Juniper

• Ability to translate technical solutions into business value
• Confident communicator — comfortable presenting to both technical and non‑technical audiences
