Salesforce Project Manager/Business Analyst

Responsibilities- Engage with key stakeholders on a regular cadence to prioritize backlog and take in new requests.
- Create and update Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), processes, and documented artifacts relevant to deliverable items.
- Create and update requirement documents as they relate to dashboards and reporting.
- Support entering User Stories, backlog grooming, process flows, user acceptance criteria, and participate in the sprint backlog grooming and prioritization process.
- Collaborate with Development and Quality Assurance teams to validate requirements, support integration and user acceptance testing.
- Coordinate communications with the user base as items are rolled out.
- Update process documents to reflect current requirements.
- Provide support to end users as it relates to answering questions, assisting in reporting needs, and reviewing processes to complete tasks for the supported applications.
- Review and recommend efficiencies for application data support processes and engage with the Data Quality and Enrichment team on actionable process and data improvements.
- Create and maintain standard reports and dashboards.
- Maintain a project plan and keep stakeholders informed of progress.

- 5+ years of experience as a BA with Salesforce background
- 3+ years in SQL
- Effective in translating business requirements into technical specifications and implementing the solutions.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Power BI hands-on knowledge is a plus.
- SOX and/or Audit experience is a plus.
- Versatile, excellent problem-solving, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Dashboarding tools (IBM Cognos, Power BI, Tableau)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Index Match, Power Query, etc.) is a plus
