Basic
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 2 years of experience with IT.
Preferred
- At least 2 years of experience with Functional Testing.
- At least 2 years of experience in test case creation and test execution and should have experience on using HP ALM/QC.
- Experience in the following:
- Analyzing the requirements (explicit & implicit) and define appropriate test design.
- Awareness of web service testing tools such as SOAP UI.
- Hands on experience of working on any of the automation tools such as IBM RIT, Parasoft SOA Test etc.
- Exposure to Database concepts- preferably on DB2.
- Communication and Analytical skills.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
- Should have good client interfacing skills.
- Strong Analytical skills.
