The Senior Delivery Lead is a pivotal role responsible for driving client satisfaction, revenue growth, and operational excellence in the field of Agentic and Generative AI. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance while overseeing the successful delivery of complex autonomous agent and analytics projects.

Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, strategic partnerships with clients in the technology industry. Proactively identify client needs, develop tailored solutions, and exceed client expectations. Serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations and issues.
  • Consulting: Provide expert guidance and solutions to address complex business challenges through data-driven insights. Develop and execute strategic roadmaps aligned with client objectives.
  • Client Context Alignment: Capture and effectively communicate client context across eClerx teams to ensure alignment between client needs and eClerx objectives.
  • Solution Design: Lead the conceptualization of solutions across various business functions, specifically utilizing agentic workflows and LLM orchestration.
  • Delivery Oversight: Lead onshore and offshore teams to ensure successful project execution, quality, and adherence to AI ethics and timelines.
  • Business Development: Identify new opportunities for AI transformation and drive account penetration by showcasing the value of autonomous systems.
  • Team Leadership: Provide strategic leadership to a hybrid team of AI engineers, data scientists, and analysts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Eligibility Requirements
  • Qualifications and Experience
    • Advanced degree (MBA, MS in Data Science) with 15+ years of experience, including 10+ years in AI and analytics leadership.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex Agentic AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
    • Demonstrated ability to build relationships at the executive level regarding strategic AI initiatives.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex business challenges.
    • Deep expertise in Agentic AI, Generative AI, data science, machine learning.
    • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data engineering tools (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake).
    • Experience managing and collaborating with remote teams.
    • Proven leadership and people management skills with a focus on developing and retaining talent.
    • Proven negotiation skills to build consensus and drive successful outcomes.
  • Desired Skills
    • Proven experience delivering complex Agentic AI solutions across various industries.
    • Hands‑on experience in large‑scale AI/ML initiatives and data engineering projects.
    • Proven experience in applying agile methodologies (such as Scrum) and proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Git Hub).
    • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R, with a focus on AI frameworks and agent libraries.
    • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) to track AI agent performance and reliability.
    • Proficiency in applying frameworks like Design Thinking or Root Cause Analysis to AI system architecture.

In the US, the target base salary for this role is up to $180,000. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job‑related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors.
