Build and own the data infrastructure that transforms raw, unstructured data into reliable datasets powering analytics and decision-making across the organization. This role blends data engineering and analytics, focusing on creating scalable ETL pipelines, data models, and dashboards that deliver actionable insights to engineering and product teams.
Key Responsibilities- Design and build ETL pipelines that transform raw, unstructured data from multiple sources into clean, reliable datasets
- Develop and maintain data models and transformations that support analytics, reporting, and ML workflowsli>
- Create and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, and performance tuning
- Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Grafana to enable self-service analytics across teams
- Orchestrate data pipelines using Airflow, ensuring reliability, monitoring, and scalability
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to understand data requirements and deliver analytics solutions
- Establish data quality standards, testing frameworks, and documentation for pipeline reliability
- 3+ years of professional experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or related roles
- Strong proficiency in SQL for complex queries, data modeling, and optimization
- Hands‑on experience with Python and data processing libraries (
Pandas
, Polars
) - Production experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines at scale
- Proven experience with Airflow for workflow orchestration and pipeline management
- Experience building dashboards and visualizations using Grafana
, Looker, Tableau, or similar tools - Experience with Click House for real‑time analytics (or Snowflake, Redshift, Big Query)
- Ability to work with raw, unstructured data from diverse sources and design robust transformation logic
