Component of the Texas HHS Microsoft 365 Power Platform expansion. Duties include system analysis and development using Power Platform tools such as Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and related services.

• Analyze business objectives, identify solutions, and perform cost/benefit analysis.
• Gather and document user requirements, procedures, and system problems.
• Develop detailed program descriptions and system modifications.
• Review system capabilities and schedule limitations for feasibility.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to configure Dataverse tables and Power Automate flows.
• Support continuous improvement of Power Platform center of excellence.

• 5+ years of experience in Software as a Service and/or Platform as a Service environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate technical solutions.
• Experience designing and developing Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps using Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, or other databases.
• Experience developing Power Automate flows, desktop flows, and business process flows.
• Experience with Dataverse tables and data storage models.
• Experience with Power Pages portals.
• Experience in Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center.
• Communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Good teamwork skills; ability to collaborate on cross-functional projects.
• Experience with Agile development and sprint planning.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on cross-functional teams.

• Experience in Power Platform mobile apps, Power Virtual Agents, Power Pages, and Power Apps portals.
