Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly capable IT Systems & Microsoft Administrator to support and secure our corporate technology environment. This role is responsible for Microsoft 365 and identity administration, corporate device support, cybersecurity controls, access management, ticketing operations, and enterprise system support across the business. The person will be a key member of the corporate IT team, ensuring that employees have reliable, secure access to the tools and systems they need to operate.
While the primary focus is corporate IT and security, experience with system integrations, APIs, and data platforms is a strong plus.
- Microsoft & Identity Administration – Administer Microsoft 365, Entra (Azure AD), Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune.
- Provision, modify, and de‑provision user accounts, licenses, groups, and roles.
- Enforce conditional access, MFA, and device compliance policies.
- Manage authentication, SSO, and role‑based access for internal and third‑party systems.
- Corporate Device & Endpoint Support – Deploy, configure, and maintain corporate laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
- Support Windows and macOS endpoints, patching, antivirus, disk encryption, and endpoint security.
- Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and application issues for corporate users.
- Prioritize incidents in a high‑speed environment and communicate effectively with all levels of personnel.
- IT Service Desk & Ticket Management – Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and access requests via the corporate ticketing system.
- Prioritize issues based on business impact and security risk.
- Maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles.
- Cybersecurity & Access Control – Monitor and respond to security alerts from endpoint, identity, and cloud security platforms.
- Enforce least‑privilege access and review system permissions.
- Support incident response, investigations, and remediation.
- Assist with vulnerability management, patching, and security audits.
- Systems & Application Support – Support business‑critical systems including HR, finance, POS, reporting, and operational platforms.
- Manage application access, role mappings, and user onboarding/offboarding.
- Troubleshoot SSO, permissions, and system‑to‑system access issues.
- 2+ years of IT managerial experience in a fast‑growth environment.
- Experience with APIs & integrations, including REST APIs, webhooks, and troubleshooting API authentication (OAuth, tokens, API keys). Ability to work with vendors or developers to support data flows between systems.
- Experience with Data & SQL – Ability to run basic SQL queries for troubleshooting, reporting, or data validation and support BI, reporting, or operational databases.
- Experience with Cloud & Automation – Familiarity with Azure, scripting, or automation tools and device management platforms (Intune, MDM, RMM).
