Principal Product Manager (Digital)
$220,000 - $250,000 Base salary + Bonus + Benefits + 401k + 3 weeks PTO

You'll take ownership of digital products at an industry leading start-up, under the same umbrella of a well-established company, who are experiencing major growth driven by recent and upcoming product launches.
Working closely with the company's senior leadership team, this company take a little-red tape approach and value creative and technical autonomy. You'll benefit from accelerated technical and career progression and play an instrumental part in shaping the direction of this company's digital products. You'll own critical areas of product ecosystem and lead high-impact initiatives across user acquisition, onboarding, subscription experiences, and post-purchase engagement.
As a strategic individual contributor, you'll have end-to-end ownership of your domain, partnering closely with engineering, design, data, marketing, and medical teams to deliver products that delight users and drive meaningful business outcomes. This role would suit a Digital Product Manager looking for a high-impact, autonomous role at an industry leading and immensely profitable start-up under the same umbrella of an established organization.
- Own the roadmap and outcomes for a core product area
- Identify and prioritize high-impact problems that drive customer experience and key business metrics
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver scalable, compliant, user-centered solutions
- Lead end-to-end execution from discovery through launch with a strong experimentation mindset
- Define clear problems, success metrics, and requirements to align teams
- Track, analyze, and communicate product performance using data and user insights
- Elevate product quality and culture through mentorship and strong product practices
- Proven experience in digital product management, delivering high-impact products at scale - ideally within DTC, health tech, e-commerce, or subscription-based businesses
- Strong user empathy and a customer-first mindset, with hands‑on experience using user research and insights to shape product strategy and improve the user experience
- Solid business acumen, including a deep understanding of acquisition, retention, unit economics, and how product decisions drive overall business performance
