• Support Digital & AI strategy with the Regional Knowledge and Information Manager, focusing on opportunities that fit the business needs.
• Work with project teams to review and choose the right digital solutions, ensuring they add the most value.
• Oversee digital and AI project delivery: lead teams, ensure quality standards, and guarantee compliance with corporate regulations.
• Promote responsible and safe use of AI tools, ensuring adherence to company guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients and partners to align digital solutions with business processes.
• Lead and develop people by mentoring, coaching and encouraging knowledge sharing across projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree or industry certifications related to digital or AI is a plus.
• 8 to 10 years of experience working with digital tools, data, or AI projects.
• Demonstrated leadership in project‑based, multi‑disciplinary environments.
• Effective communication with business leaders, data scientists and technical teams, advocating for data‑driven decisions.
• Proficiency in designing and maintaining data architectures, including databases, data warehouses and data lakes, and modern data architecture principles.
• Experience delivering AI projects, selecting appropriate models, deploying machine learning solutions and using business intelligence tools.
• Understanding of business processes, objectives and industry‑specific challenges; ability to align data initiatives with business goals.
• Awareness of data privacy regulations, AI policies and their impact on data management and AI solutions.
• Ability to lead and mentor data professionals, collaborate with cross‑functional teams and manage project timelines.
• Adaptability to evolving data landscapes and changing business needs.

• Prior experience working with architecture, engineering or construction (AEC) organizations.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends and tools in data management and AI.

Individual pay is determined based on location, education, experience and unique skills. The expected salary for this position is:

• New York: $140,000 – $170,000
• New Jersey: $135,000 – $165,000
• California: eurinc: $130,000 – $160,000
