About the Role

This role requires someone who can do it all—and knows when to do it themselves versus when to direct others. You'll own conversion optimization across Pushnami's affiliate marketing funnels, with full accountability for the design decisions that drive revenue.

You'll have a dedicated design executor (based in the Philippines) and emerging AI-powered design tools at your disposal. But here's the thing: you need to be better at this work than anyone you're directing. Sometimes you'll leverage your team for scale. Sometimes you'll execute yourself because it's faster or better. The choice is yours—but the capability is non-negotiable.

You'll work closely with our Path Operations team, with success measured by improvements to landing page conversion rates and their impact on Path gross profit. We're looking for a high-performing doer who understands that beautiful design means nothing if it doesn't convert—and who can systematically improve conversion rates through hands-on execution and data-informed strategy.

What You'll Own
  • Conversion performance for Path landing pages and co-registration flows. You’ll develop testing roadmaps, execute on design improvements, and own the metrics that matter. When something needs to ship fast, you ship it.
  • Hands-on design execution and creative direction. You’ll create high-converting landing pages, prelanders, and marketing materials yourself—while also directing our Philippines-based designer and AI tools when scale or efficiency calls for it.
  • A/B testing from hypothesis to implementation. You’ll design experiments, build the variants (or direct their creation), interpret results, and turn insights into the next iteration. We use Growthbook for testing and are building LLM-powered tools to accelerate the cycle.
  • Visual identity across key revenue touchpoints. Landing pages, prelanders, advertiser-facing materials, and website frameworks that directly impact business performance.
  • Partnership with Path Operations. You’ll collaborate closely with our lead generation team, aligning your conversion optimization work to revenue targets and ensuring design decisions translate to measurable business outcomes.

Requirements
  • 5+ years in visual design with demonstrated conversion impact. Portfolio should show before/after performance data, not just pretty designs. We want to see what you built and how it performed.
  • Hands-on execution skills. You can create landing pages, marketing materials, and design variants yourself—quickly and at a high level. Proficiency in Figma required;
    Unbounce or similar landing page builders a plus.
  • Data-driven decision making. You can interpret analytics, design meaningful A/B tests, and translate numbers into creative improvements. You think in terms of conversion rates, not just aesthetics.
