** Senior Product Manager - Endpoint Job
**** Description
* * We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of Endpoint capabilities across Forcepoint’s cybersecurity solutions. This role requires a strong product mindset, experience with cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of cybersecurity risks and endpoint devices and security.
** Key Responsibilities
** Collaborate across product teams to gather, synthesize, and prioritize requirements Translate customer needs, market trends, and emerging threats into clear product requirements and features.
** Requirements
* * 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in cybersecurity, endpoint security, or SaaS.Demonstrated ability to influence without direct ownership—comfortable driving consensus across multiple stakeholders and product lines. Exposure to or working knowledge of AI/ML-driven product capabilities.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience in Agile product development environments.
** Preferred Qualifications
** Experience with modern data protection, DLP, CASB, or identity and access management products. Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC
2). Previous experience working in a high-growth or early-stage company environment.
