Innova Solutions is contract hiring for a Project Manager
. The role is 12‑month contract, 3 days onsite per week in Charlotte, NC and Kennesaw, GA.

• Lead enterprise change initiatives and governance.
• Deliver project outcomes on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with technical infrastructure, GIS, lines of business, and senior management.
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and roadblocks.
• Maintain clear written and oral communication with stakeholders.

• 5-7 years direct work experience with enterprise‑wide project management.
• Scrum Master certification or equivalent Agile experience.
• Strong experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent written (PowerPoint) and oral communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, quick learner, able to take full ownership of assignments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills.

• Pay Range: $70 – $73 per hour (based on experience and qualifications).
