EDI Finance Analyst, Supplier Enablement

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Supplier Master Data Analyst to join the Supplier Enablement team at Whole Foods Market. This role is critical to maintaining data integrity, optimizing supplier onboarding and off‑boarding processes, and driving data excellence across our supplier ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, deep understanding of master data management, and the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners.

• Own and maintain supplier master data integrity across systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Support supplier onboarding, activation, and off‑boarding processes, including EDI setup, contact validation, and communication workflows.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide visibility into supplier data health, PO/Invoice activity, and program performance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline supplier data processes, reduce manual effort, and improve data quality through automation and best practices.
• Partner with Merchandising, Procurement, Finance, and Technology teams to support supplier‑related initiatives and data requirements.
• Serve as a point of contact for supplier data inquiries, providing guidance and resolution on data discrepancies or system issues.
• Ensure supplier data practices align with Amazon and Whole Foods Market policies, including data privacy and security standards.

• 3+ years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field.
• Bachelor’s degree.

• 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience.
• MBA or CPA.
• Knowledge of Tableau.
• Experience working with large‑scale data mining and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards).

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
