- Reproduce hardware and system issues and support engineers in debugging to root cause
- Configure and operate test equipment including oscilloscope, logic analyzer, and protocol analyzer
- Assemble, configure, and maintain prototype platforms and systems under test
- Create, follow, and improve setup and system configuration documentation
- Coordinate lab inventory including drives, equipment, firmware, tools, and licensing
- Standardize system configuration and retrofit updates to existing platforms as needed
- Manage lab support ticket, equipment tracking, and shipping request while prioritizing deliverables
