Business Analyst

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience with strong user story writing
• Hands on Agile/Scrum experience
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document requirements
• Experience using Jira or similar Agile tools
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to clarify ambiguous requirements

• Salesforce knowledge:
  Understanding of Salesforce objects, data model, configuration, and development lifecycle.
• Mule Soft experience:
  Familiarity with integration concepts, APIs, and Mule Soft platform capabilities.
• AI project experience:
  Experience supporting AI or machine learning initiatives and understanding of AI implementation considerations.
• GenAI fluency:
  Comfort using generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to streamline documentation and analysis.
• Technical documentation tools:
  Experience with Confluence, Lucidchart, or similar tools for process mapping and documentation.
• Salesforce Dev Ops familiarity:
  Awareness of tools like Gearset or similar deployment and change management platforms.

The Business Analyst will serve as the primary bridge between stakeholders, developers, and QA to ensure clear communication, accurate requirements, and smooth delivery of technology projects across Salesforce, Mule Soft, and AI platforms. This role gathers and documents business needs, translates them into well‑defined user stories, supports testing and acceptance criteria, maintains process documentation, and participates in Agile ceremonies to keep projects aligned and moving forward.

The analyst will also help shape solutions, map dependencies, create user enablement materials, and use generative AI tools to streamline documentation and analysis while driving continuous improvement across teams.
