Description

The Hub Delivery Partner program is building a nimble and scalable last mile delivery network by partnering with small business owners in the US and worldwide. In the US our partners are currently delivering in super‑rural and urban areas, raising the bar for delivery experiences in some of the most complex scenarios, and enhancing Amazon’s connection to their community in the process.

As a Sr. Vetting Support Manager, you will own the creation and execution of program metrics for vetting support team contractors. Successful program management will ensure a bar‑raising vetting experience for every applicant, and it will set applicants up for success on their journey to become Hub Delivery Partners.

Key job responsibilities
  • Build mechanisms to engage partners frequently through email and other automated communication tools
  • Develop mechanisms for effective and scalable vetting processes and practices
  • Use partner and stakeholder feedback to drive program improvement and scalability, defining resource and content changes as well as deployment methods
  • Mentor and lead a team of vetting support contractors
About The Team

The Hub Delivery Partner program is part of Amazon’s fast‑growing and always evolving rural delivery program. We partner with small business owners who then deliver to Amazon customers. Our partners raise the bar for delivery experience, and the Hub Delivery Partner team is looking for process‑driven contributors who are eager to build a program that enables their success.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with tech and non‑tech teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of driving end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish
  • Experience in technical product or program management
  • Experience analyzing data to make business decisions
  • High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple competing projects and priorities simultaneously
  • High interest in driving and testing near‑term tangible improvements to determine long‑term scalable solutions and investments to effectively develop high‑performing delivery partners

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
