Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Process Engineering leader to drive operational excellence and digital transformation initiatives.
This is a high-impact role focused on end-to-end process optimization, Lean/Six Sigma execution, and translating business workflows into system-ready specifications.
Responsibilities- Conduct end-to-end business process reviews
- Document “As-Is” workflows using Lean & Six Sigma methodologies
- Design optimized “To-Be” workflows and transition plans
- Translate processes into functional and non-functional system requirements
- Partner with IT teams on modular/low-code solution design
- Lead workshops, stakeholder sessions, and change initiatives
- Establish KPIs and track ROI
- 8+ years in process engineering / operations optimization
- 5+ years evaluating and improving current-state processes
- Experience specifying software/system requirements
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
- Experience with Visio or similar process modeling tools
- Experience in government or regulated environments
- Exposure to low-code or process automation tools
