Job OverviewAs a member of the Ops Tech Solutions application development team for Service Now, you will be at the forefront of IT service delivery, collaborating across Ops Tech Solutions infrastructure and services teams. You will be surrounded by people who are passionate about optimizing IT services and believe that world‑class service is critical to customer success. You will work across all internal teams to drive tooling and process improvements to ensure a high quality, fast resolution customer experience.
Your mission is to develop a world‑class customer experience and set new customer service standards in IT Delivery.
- Perform technical administration and maintenance of Service Now IT Business Management.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to build enhancements and integrations that scale.
- Create Service Now workflows and business rules for service improvements.
- Interface with Service Now for all operational requests, issues and planning.
- Oversee Service Now release upgrades including technical and stakeholder management activities.
- Work closely with Software Development Engineers to coordinate system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
- Provide user training related to Service Now processes, policies and procedures.
- Mentor team members on project planning, design and estimating activities in Service Now IT Business Management.

- 5+ years of relevant IBM Cognos TM1/Planning Analytics work including system configuration, model building and developing reports or dashboards.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
- Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers.
- Experience in corporate finance including budgeting/planning, forecasting and reporting.
- Experience working with technical and business stakeholders from global cross‑functional teams.
- Knowledge of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application coupled with a good understanding of HR business processes.
- Experience implementing at least two full life‑cycle SFDC implementations successfully.
- Experience in a test‑driven and formal QA development environment, including development, staging, production (or equivalent) deployment cycles.
- Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment.

Compensation and Benefits DetailsThe base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
