We are seeking a highly skilled Network Security Engineer with deep expertise in cloud security, multi‑cloud architecture, and securing AI/ML environments. This role is critical for designing, implementing, and maintaining security controls that protect cloud infrastructures, cloud‑native applications, and artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) platforms.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in security architecture, cloud security frameworks, incident response, threat analysis, and compliance with industry standards such as NIST and ISO 27001
.
- Design, implement, and manage security controls for cloud environments including IaaS, PaaS, and cloud‑native workloads.
- Secure AI/ML systems, including model development, ML pipelines, data processing pipelines, APIs, and inference endpoints.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to cloud misconfigurations, IAM weaknesses, data exposure, and insecure APIs.
- Implement and manage cloud security tools such as CSPM, CWPP, CIEM, container security, and API security platforms.
- Collaborate with Dev Ops, engineering, data science, and AI teams to integrate security into CI/CD and MLOps workflows.
- Perform cloud and AI security architecture reviews, threat modeling, and risk assessments.
- Develop, document, and enforce security standards, guardrails, and best practices.
- Monitor cloud and AI environments for security events and support incident investigation and response.
- Add/modify Splunk alerts and triage notables using TTPs.
- Ensure compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and other regulatory frameworks.
- Stay up to date on emerging threats and vulnerabilities in cloud, AI/ML, and enterprise security.
- Conduct forensic investigations related to cyberattacks and recommend preventative measures.
- Create, update, and review cloud and hybrid-cloud security policies and standards.
- Develop architectural artifacts aligned with organizational strategies.
Candidates must meet all required experience criteria to be considered highly qualified.
Required (8+ Years Each)- Security architecture design, delivery, continuous monitoring, and optimization
- Implementing security measures to protect data in public cloud environments
- Multi‑cloud security architecture across infrastructure, cloud‑native workloads, and information security tools
- Consulting/engineering security best practices across enterprise environments
- Deep understanding of cloud security risks: data breaches, broken authentication, account hijacking, APTs, insider threats, etc.
- Threat analysis, risk assessments, and designing mitigation strategies
- Hands‑on experience with NIST cybersecurity standards
- Hands‑on experience with ISO 27001 frameworks and controls
- Experience with Splunk (alerts, dashboards, executive reporting)
- Designing enterprise-level security architectures aligned to strategic initiatives
- Ability to resolve complex security challenges across decentralized environments
- Conducting forensic investigations following cyberattacks
- Developing and maintaining cloud security policies and standards (public/private/hybrid)
- Certifications:
GSEC, CEH, CISA, CCSP - Cloud certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect
, Cloud Security certification, or Open Stack certifications - Experience with Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) tools (Crowd Strike, End Game, Cyber Reason)
- Experience with Email Threat Management (Proofpoint, Mimecast, Microsoft)
- Experience with SIEM engineering/management (Splunk, Rapid7, Sumo Logic)
- Experience with Data Loss Protection / CASB solutions (Symantec, Microsoft, Netskope, Bitglass)
- Experience with Cloud Network Security solutions (Cisco Umbrella, Palo Alto, Zscaler)
