* Ensure documentation and UX copy meet quality standards and follow established style guidelines
* Review and edit content created by other team members or contributors

* Maintain documentation accuracy through regular reviews and updates
* Exceptional writing ability—clear, concise, and precise technical writing skills with ability to make complex topics accessible
* Strong UX writing sensibility—understanding of how microcopy impacts user experience and product usability
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
* Strong ability to structure information logically and create effective user flows
* Experience writing for technical audiences (developers, IT administrators, security professionals)
* High tech savviness—comfortable with computers and technology at a fundamental level; natural troubleshooter who understands systems thinking
* Ability to quickly learn complex technical products and features
* Experience working with technical teams and understanding technical concepts
* Comfortable working in command-line environments and with developer tools
* Genuine enthusiasm for AI-assisted workflows—experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) for writing and research

* 3+ years of technical writing experience, preferably in software or SaaS environments

* Experience with docs-as-code workflows (Git, Git Hub, Markdown, static site generators)
* Proficiency with Figma for reviewing designs and updating UI text
* Familiarity with markup languages (Markdown, DITA, HTML, or similar)
* Any coding or scripting experience (Python, JavaScript, bash, etc.)
* Experience with API documentation and developer-focused content
* Working knowledge of cybersecurity concepts (or demonstrated ability to learn quickly)
* Experience in enterprise software, cloud platforms, or security products
* Understanding of IT infrastructure and system administration concepts
* Experience with modern documentation platforms (Docusaurus, Hugo, MkDocs, etc.)
