We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong engineering background to partner closely with Product Management and Engineering teams. This role focuses on running programs in Seller Experience (Marketplace), Monetization, and Local (marketplace) initiatives that help sellers list, transact, and fulfill orders in local areas.

The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience managing complex technical programs end-to-end, providing clear status updates, driving timelines, managing RAID logs, and ensuring alignment across cross‑functional teams. Strong communication skills and the ability to learn quickly are essential.

• Lead end-to-end program delivery across Seller Experience, Local , and Monetization work streams.
• Build, track, and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and roadmaps
  .
• Maintain and update RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
• Manage E2E workflows involving engineering teams, product managers, design, data, and business stakeholders,
  Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Serve as a connector between Engineering and Product
  , ensuring clarity on tasks, blockers, technical considerations, and timelines.
• Provide clear, concise, and professional status updates to leadership and stakeholders.

• Support initiatives in:
• Local Marketplace – enabling sellers to list and sell items locally including pickup and fulfillment.
• Monetization – enabling revenue generation and seller-facing features (e.g., transaction flows, seller tools, fee structures).
• Seller Experience – programs that improve the seller journey and operational efficiency.

• Software Engineering or technical background (software, systems, or equivalent technical understanding).
• 5+ years of technical program management or project management experience.
• Strong ability to learn quickly
  , understand technical concepts, and ask the right questions.
• Excellent communication skills
