Technical Project Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Technical Project Manager for a Hybrid Contract role in Austin, TX
, requiring onsite presence three days per week. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate project phases from initiation through deployment, bringing strong Agile/Scrum experience along with hands‑on technical background in modern web application development.

Rate Range: $50/hour to $56/hour

The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle—from initiation through deployment—with consistent progress tracking and timely execution.
• Leading Agile/Scrum ceremonies, managing backlogs, metrics, status reporting, and project documentation.
• Supporting new web application projects from inception, leveraging full‑stack engineering knowledge to guide requirements.
• Driving alignment on timelines, deliverables, and quality standards across development teams and stakeholders.
• Facilitating effective communication, removing roadblocks, and resolving bottlenecks to maintain delivery momentum.
• Applying strong technical understanding of systems architecture, operating systems, and software stack interoperability.
• Coordinating with developers on Type Script, React, Node.js, Next.js, Postgre
  
  SQL, and related technologies to guide solution direction.
• Ensuring adoption of defined processes, promoting continuous improvement, and maintaining high organizational discipline.
• Producing clear communication for diverse audiences, synthesizing technical information into meaningful insights.

• Experience as a Technical Project Manager with strong Agile/Scrum background.
• Previous hands‑on experience as a full stack developer or technical lead using Type Script, React, Node.js, Next.js, and Postgre
  
  SQL.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience driving new web application projects from scratch.
• Ability to resolve conflicts, guide technical discussions, and support engineering teams.
• Proven ability to define, implement, and manage effective delivery processes.

$50.00 to $56.00 per hour
