Summary
At Hyatt, we care for people so they can be their best. The IT Analyst at Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort & Spa plays a critical role in supporting the technology systems that power our guest experience and colleague operations.
This position supports and reports directly to the IT Director and is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing property technology systems across guest-facing and back-office environments. The IT Analyst ensures reliable system performance while delivering exceptional service aligned with Hyatt's values.
Occasional weekend support is required to help ensure uninterrupted resort operations.
ResponsibilitiesTechnology Operations & Support
- Provide onsite technical support for resort systems and colleagues
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, networking, and peripheral issues
- Support hotel systems including PMS, POS, reservation platforms, and administrative applications
- Maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Support guest-facing technologies including Wi‑Fi and business services
- Assist with maintaining wired and wireless network infrastructure
- Monitor system health and elevate issues appropriately
- Support cybersecurity practices and ensure compliance with Hyatt IT standards
- Perform system and application updates, patch management, and backup verification per corporate guidelines
- Support implementation of technology upgrades and property initiatives
- Coordinate with approved vendors for repairs, maintenance, and installations
- Maintain accurate documentation and IT asset inventory
- Deliver service consistent with Hyatt's hospitality culture
- Train and guide colleagues on proper system use and best practices
- Collaborate with property leadership and corporate IT partners to ensure operational excellence

QualificationsRequired
- 2-4 years of IT support experience; hospitality experience preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi‑Fi), and hardware troubleshooting
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Ability to provide occasional weekend support based on operational needs
- Flexibility to support holidays and operational needs as required
- Experience with hospitality platforms such as OPERA PMS, POS systems, and key management systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Azure AD (Entra ), or endpoint management tools
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or related certifications
- Understanding of PCI compliance standards
