Job DescriptionAs an AI Specialist SC, you will join our presales team supporting some of our largest global customers. Focus on machine learning, architect solutions, and drive impact for customers.

- Act as the go‑to technical expert for ML capabilities.
- Lead technical discovery sessions to uncover business needs.
- Present POV, solutions, and value to customers.
- Coordinate with specialist and product teams to position multi‑product solutions.
- Serve as the voice of the customer to product and engineering teams.
- Degree in mathematics, statistics, machine learning, data science, physics, computer science, engineering, or another quantitative field.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Strong grasp of forecasting and analytics landscape.
- Experience with cloud providers such as AWS, MS Azure, or Google Cloud.
- 5+ years of experience in a technical data science, solution engineering, or ML/AI presales role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with Supply Chain planning processes, especially retail, is a plus.
- Familiarity with EPM, CPM, BI, or ERP systems is a strong asset.
