Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Personal & Technical Assistant to support a fast-moving entrepreneur across two companies in the health/technology and creative/art sectors.

This is an entry-level but high-responsibility role for someone who is curious, resourceful, and comfortable working with modern technology, AI tools, and evolving digital systems.

The role blends technical assistance, administrative support, and personal assistance, helping keep both business operations and day-to-day logistics running smoothly.

You do not need to be an engineer but you must be very comfortable with technology, quick to learn, and able to troubleshoot basic systems independently.

Core Responsibilities Technical & Digital Support
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues across software and digital tools
  • Help maintain and organize internal tech stack (Google Workspace, Notion project management, CRMs, etc.)
  • Assist with automation and AI tools (ChatGPT, Zapier, emerging tools)
  • Research and test new tools to improve efficiency
  • Identify simple bugs, workflow issues, or tech friction and help resolve them
  • Coordinate with external tech support whenever possible to expedite solutions
Administrative & Business Support
  • Calendar and schedule management
  • Organize documents, files, and digital systems
  • Conduct research and compile information
  • Assist with business materials, documents, and communications
  • Help manage simple project and task tracking
Social Media & Digital Assistance (Light)
  • Draft or schedule simple posts
  • Help manage multiple accounts
  • Assist with basic content organization
Personal Assistance
  • Run occasional errands (purchasing, pickups, logistics)
  • Assist with travel planning and bookings
  • Help coordinate appointments, events, and scheduling
  • Support day-to-day organization and operational flow
Requirements
  • Strong comfort with technology and digital tools
  • Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) and interest in emerging tech
  • Ability to troubleshoot software and learn new systems quickly
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Self-starter with problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable juggling varied tasks (tech, admin, personal)
  • Positive attitude and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
Preferred but not required
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Notion, CRMs, Zapier
  • Basic understanding of automation or AI tools
  • Prior assistant, coordinator, or admin experience
Results / What Success Looks Like
  • CEO spends more time leveraging technology and less time troubleshooting why it’s not working
  • Basic tech issues are resolved quickly and independently. Internal tech and digital systems run smoothly
  • Scheduling, logistics, and tasks stay organized
  • Day-to-day business and personal operations flow efficiently
  • You gain valuable experience with two companies learning directly from the CEO
