We’re looking for a Product Designer to help shape the future of digital healthcare. In this role, you’ll create intuitive, engaging, and user-centered experiences across our healthcare technology products—transforming complex processes into simple, accessible solutions that directly improve patient care and fuel business growth.

You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, marketers, and company leadership. You’ll own the visual and interactive design of our digital platforms, playing a critical role in aligning user experience with our broader product strategy and business objectives. This is a high-impact opportunity to drive innovation and make meaningful contributions in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. We’re looking for someone who genuinely wants to work in the office, not just tolerates it.

What

You’ll Do
  • Support and optimize the e-commerce and customer journey across all digital platforms (web and mobile), ensuring seamless, user-friendly experiences
  • Create and manage user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity Figma designs that reflect both user needs and business goals
  • Translate designs into actionable development plans and collaborate directly with engineers to ensure smooth and accurate implementation
  • Conduct and assist in user research, usability testing, and QA testing to inform design decisions and ensure high-quality, cross-platform user experiences
  • Contribute to and help maintain a centralized design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all products
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather input, prioritize features, and support product strategy through design-driven insights
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical team members to support alignment and timely delivery
  • Own design documentation and specifications, and provide regular updates to product leadership on progress, findings, and areas for improvement
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field required
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product design, preferably within healthcare technology or regulated industries
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work across web and mobile applications
  • Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools, with deep expertise in Figma
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in agile product environments
  • Familiarity with user research methodologies, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design improvements
  • Working knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
  • Basic understanding of front-end development principles, capabilities, and limitations
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements as they relate to UI/UX design is a plus
