Job BriefWe are seeking a high-impact Integration Engineer to join our client’s team for two major digital transformation initiatives: the Professional Services Revamp and the P2P Revamp. You won’t just be maintaining code; you will be rebuilding and architecting critical connections between Certinia (PSA), Zuora, and SAP Concur, and Zip applications. This role requires a "keyboard-heavy" developer who thrives in Agile environments and can translate complex functional requirements into elegant technical specs.
WhatYou Will Be Doing Responsibilities
Project Execution:
Lead the technical rebuild of Certinia integrations, specifically connecting it to Concur and Zuora Revenue.
- P2P Transformation:
Facilitate the integration of Zip and Simple Legal into our existing Coupa ecosystem. - End-to-End Development:
Own the lifecycle of a story—from attending standups and consulting on design to 6 hours of daily heads‑down coding. - Agile
Collaboration:
Deliver high-quality integrations in 2‑week sprints, managing all documentation and progress within Jira. - Cross‑Functional Partnership:
Work side‑by‑side with Functional Analysts to turn business needs into LOE (Level of Effort) estimates and technical logic flows.
6+ Years
Experience:
Proven track record in SaaS integration or middleware engineering.
- Integration Middleware:
Deep proficiency in Workato (required), with additional experience in Mule Soft, Boomi, or Tray.io highly as optional alternative. - Data Protocols:
Advanced expertise in API management (REST/SOAP), Webhooks, and handling complex XML/JSON payloads. - Comfortable with AWS Lambda and S3 buckets to leverage logs repository and reporting.
- System and Integration Architecture visionary and ability to scale design for lasting and future new enhancements.
- Build to troubleshoot and manage error handling in a consistent manner for compliance.
- Exposure to business processes using SaaS Applications in the following domains:
Professional Service Automation with Billing and Revenue Recognition. Direct experience integrating Certinia (PSA), Zuora, Concur, or Salesforce. - Tooling:
Expert-level command of Jira for story management and Git Hub for version control.

Experience:
We value "team players" who can consult on architecture during meetings but pivot quickly to execution.
- The "Daily 8":
Ability to balance 2 hours of collaborative meetings/standups with 6 hours of focused development. - Timezone:
Must be available to work standard CST or PST business hours.
