Principal Product Manager

Forcepoint is seeking an accomplished Principal Platform Product Manager to define, evolve, and execute the strategy for our Data Security Cloud platform. In this role, you will shape the core platform services and AI capabilities that power Forcepoint’s cybersecurity portfolio and deliver value to customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities Platform Strategy & Delivery:

Improve customer onboarding, time to value, and deliver high quality, consistent experience across Forcepoint services.

Translate business strategy, customer feedback, and regulatory requirements into prioritized platform initiatives. Work with Engineering leadership to align on architecture, sequencing, capacity planning, and sprint level commitments. Own platform requirements for identity, data sovereignty, privacy, and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications:

8+ years of product management experience, including senior responsibility for platform, cloud or infrastructure products.

Demonstrated experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile and scaled Agile (SAFestyle) environments, including backlog refinement, PI planning, and iterative delivery.

Business savvy with strong technical acumen and analytical skills.

Proven experience owning highly available, globally distributed cloud services.

Familiarity with cloud architectures, reliability and resilience patterns, observability, and operational excellence (SLAs/SLOs, scale, performance). Familiarity with AI frameworks, ML concepts, and responsible AI principles. Exceptional communication skills, including executive level presentations.

Proven ability to lead through influence in matrixed organizations and drive alignment across diverse teams. Experience in cybersecurity industry.

Experience with multitenant enterprise SaaS architectures.

Familiarity with global cloud providers (AWS, GCP, etc.). Forcepoint simplifies security for global businesses and governments.
