The Data Scientist will join the Channel Strategy and Operations team to support two key initiatives: an anomaly detection platform and a content personalization project. We need a skilled individual contributor to implement, tune, and validate machine learning models. You will work alongside senior engineers to turn requirements into production‑ready code.

• Anomaly Detection:
  Develop and tune models for Time Series (forecasting, change point detection) and Tabular data to identify irregularities in operations data.
• Recommendation Logic:
  Implement and optimize recommendation algorithms (e.g., collaborative filtering, content‑based filtering, or ranking models) to surface relevant content for a user‑facing application.
• Hands‑on Coding:
  Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code to integrate these models into existing pipelines.
• Data Analysis:
  Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to understand user behavior and data characteristics. Engineer features to improve model performance.
• Validation:
  Rigorously test model performance using statistical methods (A/B testing concepts, precision/recall) to ensure results are accurate and actionable.

• 3+ years of hands‑on Machine Learning experience
• Practical experience working with anomaly detection or outlier detection problems
  • Experience modeling time‑series data and detecting behavior changes over time
  • Experience working with unlabeled datasets
• Strong Python programming skills
• Ability to convert model outputs into business insights, reporting, or decision support

• Experience with PyOD or similar anomaly detection libraries
• Experience building or evaluating recommendation systems
