This role involves driving enterprise adoption and measurable customer business value for AWS Amazon Connect services by developing and executing customer success strategies. Responsibilities include designing frameworks, programs, and playbooks to maximize outcomes through optimal adoption of AWS Amazon Connect.
The position combines strategic thinking, operational excellence, and technical expertise related to Amazon Connect. You will maintain deep knowledge of AWS Amazon Connect services, build relationships with customer stakeholders, and internal teams, and drive adoption to accelerate AWS revenue growth and enhance customer contact center operations.
Key responsibilities include developing success plans, engaging with customer personas, orchestrating stakeholder buy-in, creating best practices documentation, tracking adoption metrics, monitoring customer health, collecting feedback for product improvements, and promoting customer advocacy.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or 5 years of product management, go-to-market, or sales experience.
- 2+ years in Contact Center Solutions.
- 5+ years in the tech industry in customer success, go-to-market roles, or management consulting.
- Experience engaging with senior executives and influencing stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and two other languages.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AWS cloud computing or SaaS, especially Amazon Connect.
- MBA or advanced degree in Business Analytics.
- Strong communication skills for complex technical solutions.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
