Full-Time Salary Exempt TRAVEL No RELOCATION No Employment in this role is conditional upon successful execution of the contract by the client. The Work The People Soft Financials (FSCM) Analyst will play a critical role in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing People Soft FSCM applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization. The individual will provide technical and functional expertise to ensure seamless operations of the FSCM suite, including modules such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Procurement, Asset Management, and Inventory.

* Understands business objectives and problems, identifies alternative solutions, performs studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternatives.
* Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer system:
* Confers with personnel of organizational units involved to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and learn specific input and output requirements, such as forms of data input, how data is to be; summarized, and formats for reports.
* Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
* Reviews computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within existing system.

Candidates should demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to adapt to evolving responsibilities as outlined by the client.
* 8 years of experience as a Functional Business Analyst on People Soft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) on implementation efforts.
* 8 years of experience with People Soft FSCM 9.2 Billing.
* 8 years of experience in performing hands-on end-to-end system integration and external interface testing.
* 8 years of experience with MS Teams and Channel communication with a large team.
* Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment. Minimum

* 8 years of experience working with MS Office, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Preferred Qualifications:

* 4 years of working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government).
* 2 years of experience working with the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials.
* 1 year of experience working with Jira.

* Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
