• Define, develop, and execute performance and scalability benchmarks for SAP and non-SAP applications.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in SAP BTP, API Management, and SAP Integration Suite.
• Optimize HANA database performance, SQL queries, and JVM tuning for improved efficiency.
• Conduct end-to-end performance testing using tools like JMeter, Load Runner, and SoapUI.
• Utilize profiling tools (Dynatrace, App Dynamics, HANA DB Cockpit) for monitoring and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate on architecture reviews to ensure system scalability and reliability.
• Implement SAP BTP-specific performance strategies, including Smart Data Integration (SDI) and mobile app performance testing.

• 5+ years of hands-on performance testing experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP application performance testing and tuning.
• Proficiency in Python, Perl, ABAP, Java, C++.
• Deep understanding of service-oriented architecture, RESTful APIs, and SAP BTP performance optimization.
• Experience with JVM tuning, database performance tuning (HANA, in-memory DBs), and cloud-based monitoring.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Expertise in SAP BTP components like API Management, Integration Suite, and SCP iOS SDK.
• Understanding of machine learning algorithms and O-Notation for performance prediction.
• Cloud expertise (AWS, GCP) and Git-based code management.
