Jeppesen Fore Flight is a customer-focused leader in aviation software and solutions—from recreational flying to powering the operations centers of the world’s major airlines. We are a team of passionate builders, analysts, and operators united by a commitment to solving complex problems with data, precision, and purpose. As we accelerate our journey as a newly independent, PE-backed carve-out, we are building a world-class Enterprise Transformation Office to execute large-scale, EBITDA-accretive programs that reshape how we operate and scale.

About the Role

The Senior Manager leads major cross-functional transformation efforts—ERP modernization, quote-to-cash improvements, shared services build-out, footprint rationalization, and other enterprise value-creation priorities. This role requires a rare blend of strategic problem solving, operational depth, program leadership, and analytical rigor. You will create clarity from ambiguity, orchestrate complex work streams, and deliver measurable impact tied directly to the PE deal thesis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead high-priority enterprise programs from strategy through execution, delivering quantifiable EBITDA, cash, and operational outcomes.
  • Develop and own initiative roadmaps, KPIs, RAID logs, resourcing plans, and cross-functional governance.
  • Maintain high operational tempo across work streams; ensure rapid escalation and decision-making.
  • Build business cases and models; partner with Finance to validate impact and benefit realization.
  • Identify insights using data; translate analysis into executive-ready recommendations.
  • Partner with functional leaders to ensure adoption, alignment, and execution discipline.
  • Integrate change management and communication planning into program delivery.
  • Run weekly workstream reviews and monthly Steering Committee updates.
  • Maintain dashboards, scorecards, and summaries with exceptional precision.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years in top-tier consulting, corporate strategy, or enterprise transformation.
  • Proven leader of large-scale transformation or carve-out programs.
  • Exceptional operator with structured problem-solving skills and analytical rigor.
  • Executive presence and ability to influence across C-suite and PE stakeholders.
  • High-velocity mindset—comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and compressed timelines.
  • Expert in Excel/Sheets, modeling, and executive-level communication.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well market and business considerations:
Summary Pay Range: $170,000-$190,000
