Tech Mahindra is looking for experienced Senior Jira/Confluence Administrators who bring 5+ years of practical Atlassian expertise, strong problem‑solving abilities, and a solid track record of delivering high‑quality platform support.

The Jira Support Engineer will be responsible for administering, configuring, and supporting Jira environments for business and technical teams. This role requires strong Jira administration capabilities, including automation and scripting, along with solid organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth operations and user support.

• Hands‑on experience with Jira administration (minimum 3–5 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of Jira workflows, schemes, permission management, and configurations.
• Experience in Jira automation (Automation for Jira, Script Runner, or similar).
• Basic understanding of Confluence integration is preferred.

• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to understand business processes and map them into Jira workflows.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.

The pay range for this role is $100,000 - $110,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
