Title:
Applications Administrator (Service Now)
Location:
Austin, TX 78703 Duration: 12-month contract
Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Role Overview
Entry-level Applications Administrator supporting enterprise software applications. Responsibilities include configuration, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, and user support. You’ll work closely with senior team members, QA/QC, and project teams while gaining hands‑on experience with enterprise tools.
Must-Have Skills- 4+ years of experience in application administration & troubleshooting
- Strong background in configuration and application support
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
- Administer and support software applications (installations, updates, tuning, monitoring)
- Provide technical support, customer service, and user access management
- Create and maintain application documentation
- Assist with backups, disaster recovery, and system enhancements
- Support reporting, queries, and application security (SSO)
- Collaborate with cross‑functional and project teams
