About Kalkomey
:
Kalkomey Enterprises is the trusted guide to outdoor success. Our platform connects millions of people to the outdoors every year, and we are the leading provider of safety-related education for outdoor recreational activities such as hunting, fishing, boating, snowmobiling, and more across North America. Since our founding in 1995, we’ve expanded to offer over 360 high-quality online educational courses, a suite of integrated web and mobile applications, and resources tailored to ensure outdoor enthusiasts recreate safely and successfully.
We’re looking for a strategic, analytical, and highly collaborative Senior Digital Marketing Manager to serve as a key growth leader within our marketing organization. This role is focused on driving growth through experimentation, funnel optimization, and cross-channel strategy, rather than direct ownership of individual marketing channels. The ideal candidate brings a passion for the outdoors and a deep curiosity about how customers discover, adopt, and engage with digital products.
You’ll work closely with the product, analytics, and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities across the funnel, design and execute experiments, and help ensure new consumer products and features launch successfully into the market.
