We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Program/Project Manager to lead and coordinate end-to-end testing activities across multiple software projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, hands-on experience with testing processes, UAT coordination, and expertise in Jira for test and defect tracking. This role requires close collaboration with business users, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

• Develop and maintain test plans, and schedules for various projects.
• Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users, including planning sessions, test case reviews, user support, and sign-off processes.
• Use Jira to manage test cases, track defects, monitor progress, and produce reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and product owners to understand requirements and ensure sufficient test coverage.
• Identify testing risks and issues, propose mitigation plans, and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Ensure all testing artefacts are properly documented, including test scripts, test results, and closure reports.
• Drive continuous improvement of testing processes and tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2–5 years of experience in software testing coordination, project management, or QA lead roles.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, integration, and UAT.
• Hands-on experience with Jira (defect management, test management plugins preferred).
• Proven experience working with business users and stakeholders during UAT cycles.
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

In the US, the target base salary for this role is $140,000-$160,000. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors
