Media Account Manager

We are hiring a Position:
Media Account Manager to own day-to-day media execution and client communication across paid channels. This role sits at the center of strategy, execution, and client trust. You will keep accounts moving, campaigns performing, and clients confident in the work. This is a role for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable owning results.

• Manage day-to-day execution across paid media channels, including campaign setup, optimization, and pacing.
• Act as the primary client contact for status updates, timelines, and performance communication.
• Translate strategy into clear execution plans and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Monitor performance and flag risks or opportunities early.
• Partner with strategy and creative teams to launch, test, and optimize campaigns.
• Own reporting and insights, focusing on what is working, what is not, and what to do next.
• Maintain strong operational hygiene across budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Support account growth by identifying upsell opportunities and performance wins.

• 3 to 5+ years of experience managing paid media accounts, preferably in a Media agency setting.
• Hands-on experience across at least two major paid channels.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics and optimization levers.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts without losing attention to detail.
• Clear, confident communicator with clients and internal teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment.
